Indigo, Avant, & Chamber Orchestras

3:10 pm - Castillero releases - pick-up all needed items from the orchestra room

3:40 pm (or earlier) – Arrive at Venture Church - must drive yourselves, no school transportation!

3:45 pm – Enter through main doors - signs and volunteers will direct you where to place uniforms and instruments

3:55 pm – Indigo Orchestra - Rehearsal

4:30 pm – Avant Orchestra - Rehearsal

4:55 pm – Chamber Orchestra - Rehearsal

5:20 pm – Combined Orchestra spectacular

5:55 pm – All groups practice getting on and off stage for Combined Orchestra Spectacular

6:15 pm – Dr. Lington with Chamber and the pros - other students, dinner

6:15 pm – Dinner is served - provided for all performers

7:10 pm – Doors open to audience

7:15 pm – Indigo takes the stage - tunes

7:30 pm – Evening Concert begins - Indigo Performs

7:48 pm – Avant Performs

8:12 pm – Chamber Performs

8:20 pm – Dr. Lington

8:55 pm – Combined Orchestra Spectacular

9:25 pm (at the latest) – End of Concert - Clear the stage, pack up instruments, take them home and enjoy the weekend!
